Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily ship globally but some products ship in select locations. Please contact us if you're located elsewhere and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
How much does shipping cost?
Currently, Shipping is FREE! If there is any change, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We strive to keep shipping costs affordable, typically under $5 for most orders.
How can I track my order?

What if my order doesn't arrive?

Do you offer express or expedited shipping?
Standard shipping is our current option. If you need your items urgently, please contact us and we'll see what we can arrange. As we have international suppliers we cannot provide any guarantee that the product would arrive in under 10 days, which is why we are currently offering free shipping on all purchases!
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Returns and refunds must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
What if my product is defective or damaged?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page with photos of the issue. We'll issue a full refund - no need to return the item.
What if I just don't like the product?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30% partial refund and you can keep the product. Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery to request this. International refund processes are quite costly, so we don't want to put a return shipping burden of up to $50 on you, so we offer partial monetary return to ensure you satisfaction.
How do I initiate a return or refund?

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item for a different product?
We don't offer direct exchanges, but you can request a refund and place a new order for the item you'd prefer. If the product is defected, and you still want the product, we will offer a direct replacement.
